One thing that genuinely differentiates Prospectus is our non-commission salary structure. We’ve chosen to remove individual commission because it aligns with how we want to work: collaboratively, ethically and with long-term impact in mind. We believe it creates a healthier culture and better outcomes for clients and candidates alike.
